Join ShopBack as a Digital Solutions Engineer and drive the future of our internal operations through innovative automation and AI-powered solutions. You'll be a key player in enhancing employee productivity by integrating cutting-edge technologies like OpenAI APIs and Large Language Models with our existing systems, including Slack, Salesforce, and Zendesk. This role offers the unique opportunity to explore and implement diverse digital solutions beyond traditional platforms, shaping the efficiency and effectiveness of our global operations.

Your Adventure Ahead

  • Design, implement, and maintain process automation solutions across multiple platforms (e.g., Slack, Salesforce, Zapier, DocuSign, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Develop AI, OCR, RPA technologies, and digital contracting integrations to optimize operational workflows.
  • Continuously explore, research, and evaluate new technologies and tools for potential integration into existing systems to drive process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their challenges and deliver tailored, high-impact digital solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for process changes, newly implemented tools, and training materials for end users.
  • Ensure thorough testing, smooth deployment, and ongoing support for all developed solutions.

Essentials to Succeed

  • Passion for exploring and mastering emerging technologies, particularly in the automation and AI space.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced (VUCA) environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in process automation, system integration, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Familiarity with integrating AI and machine learning technologies into operational workflows and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including successful delivery of impactful projects on time, within scope, and meeting objectives.
  • Big plus: Experience in engineering projects or initiatives on Zendesk and/or Salesforce platforms.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) as the primary language for internal communication and documentation.
