- This is a remote position (travel will be required as needed, up to 50% seasonally). We provide all necessary equipment to complete the functionalities of the position.
What you’ll Do:
The Digital Sales Specialist (DSS) is pivotal in our company’s digital transformation. As we update internal and customer-facing digital tools such as our eCommerce customer portal, you will be the glue that holds our customers and employees together through the transformation.
The primary duties of the DSS role include:
- Training and Adoption (60%)
- Execute key initiatives to drive the adoption of digital tools and features
- Train customers and employees on how to use digital tools to enhance their daily work lives
- Drive engagement of digital tools by attending or hosting events. Events can include grand opening events, dealer days, tradeshows and more. Events may be virtual or in-person.
- Customer and Employee Feedback, Guiding Enhancements (20%)
- Schedule and host training sessions with internal teams and client teams
- Capture customer and employee feedback and categorize suggestions for future enhancements.
- Work with the innovation team to guide product updates and enhancements
- Servicing Users (20%)
- Respond to inquiries regarding digital tools from employees and customers
- Respond to and help route Customer Service inquiries through shared support channels.
Requirements We Look For:
- Sales mindset (rather than selling products, you sell the benefits of our digital tools to existing customers and internal employees)
- Motivated, enthusiastic, self-starter who can work effectively both independently and collaborating in a virtual team environment
- Ability to establish, maintain, and grow meaningful relationships with internal teams and client teams.
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and effective communication and client presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow up on tasks with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Patience working with non-technical partners
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Enjoy traveling to events, customers, and our branch locations (up to 50% travel)
- Meaningful contributor in sales meetings on digital marketing topics (ex. best practice sharing, industry trends)
- Support all necessary customer support channels
- Responsible for overseeing and assisting with conversion and sales metrics within assigned region
- Perform administrative duties within assigned region
