POSITION SUMMARY:
This role within our Dental Digital department focuses on providing technical, operational, and consultative sales and educational approaches to Dental professionals with a full focus on our Clear Aligner SPARK. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting products and services as well as initial processing and assessment of digital orthodontic cases and related technical support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide in-depth training, education, onboarding, Face to Face visits, and technical support to customers and local teams for SPARK.
• Provide quick response and resolution to customers' requests.
• Scheduling promotional and technical follow up with doctors
• Meets monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
• Support customers by phone, email, and/or remote support
• Establishes a track record of converting key brand business to Ormco’s digital product suite from the competition
• Perform remotely Onboarding for new/current doctors
• Follows corporate policies regarding customer entertainment and customer relations
• Providing technical support (software & web) for products in our digital portfolio
• Understands and support the company's policies and procedures to provide proper and effective support to our customers
• Coordinate case delivery timelines estimates between doctors and dealer’s commercial teams
• Ensure proper customer categorization and tiering based on their executed cases
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:
Education / Experience:
• B.A. or B.S degree or equivalent required (Dental/Oral Health/Science/technical background highly regarded)
• 3+ years of Orthodontic Industry Experience in a clinical, educational, sales, or training role. Previous Aligner experience highly regarded.
• Proper understanding of digital workflow and industry trends and manufacturing processes.
• Strong presentation and communication capabilities and ability to represent the company in different types of scientific occasions “Key Expert meetings, conferences, exhibitions, RTD’s”
Skills:
• Tech-savvy, fully IT literate (Windows, MAC, MS Office, remote support tools). Strong ability to understand and deliver on technical user requirements
• Proactive, self-sufficient, with a strong team-oriented mindset and a creative thinker
• Demonstrated ability to develop ongoing professional relationships with customers
• Be able to educate and nurture customers during the learning phase
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
