Digital Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to elevate our client partnership. In this role, you will work closely with brand managers and marketers as well as other integrated team to align on their marketing and communications plans and objectives. You will oversee the production and delivery process for creative projects, ensuring top-tier strategic outputs across paid, earned, and owned channels. Your expertise will be critical in converting client briefs into actionable, efficient creative solutions while optimizing workflow management and project execution.
Key Responsibilities.
Deliver Excellence: Ensure projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve the highest quality standards, resulting in satisfied clients and team members.
Client Collaboration: Partner with the team to distill clear, actionable client briefs and develop internal production documentation.
Project Management: Oversee projects with high asset production standards, establishing clear project plans and responsibilities to eliminate ambiguity.
Scope Ownership: Create and maintain detailed timelines, budgets, Statements of Work (SOWs), and resource plans throughout the project lifecycle.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of agencies teams to accurately scope projects.
Media Agency Liaison: Foster strong relationships with media partners to secure key inputs and ensure project alignment.
Mentoring: Support the development of junior Project Managers to uphold project management standards.
Innovation: Proactively identify AI solutions to improve project efficiencies.
Qualifications.
4 years of project management experience, preferably in advertising / digital / production environment.
Exceptional client management and communication skills, with the ability to nurture long-term relationships.
Strong analytical skills for interpreting media plans and creating actionable briefs.
Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope and risk management.
Skilled in project management tools.
Experience with high-volume content production, including social media assets
Desirable Qualifications.
Experience with data-driven strategies and integrated projects.
Beverage industry experience is a plus.
