The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects using Notion and possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for overseeing various marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.
Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project plans, and maintaining open lines of communication with stakeholders to facilitate effective project execution. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee marketing projects using Notion for project tracking and collaboration.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resources allocation.
- Coordinate with team members across functions to ensure project deliverables align with client goals and agency standards.
- Track project progress, identify blocks, and implement actionable solutions.
- Hold regular project meetings to provide updates and gather feedback from the team and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status, roadblocks, and results.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and organized within Notion.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in using Notion as a project management and collaboration tool.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing processes and campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Work as an independent contractor with the flexibility to set your own hours.
