Digital Project Manager (Technical)

Your Role:
The ideal candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of online projects, managing UX/UI design, development, testing, and delivery. This person will act as the bridge between clients, third-party vendors, and our internal production teams to ensure smooth communication, alignment, and delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination:
• Manage all project stages: UX/UI design, front/back-end development, testing, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timeplans, adjusting as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
• Client & Vendor Relations:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and third-party vendors.
• Conduct client meetings, present plans and deliverables, and ensure client satisfaction by building trust and understanding business needs.
• Production Oversight:
• Translate client requirements into detailed specification documents for the production team.
• Coordinate with IT, UX/UI design, development, and digital marketing teams to deliver solutions that meet client goals.
• Oversee task assignment and resource allocation to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Problem Solving & Testing:
• Address technical challenges and project changes proactively.
• Coordinate testing processes to ensure functionality and quality of delivered solutions.
• Training & Documentation:
• Author user manuals and provide training to end-users on developed solutions.
• Generate periodic status reports for stakeholders to maintain transparency.

Technical qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale web projects.
• Strong understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methodologies.
• Technical knowledge of web development processes and related technologies.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Project Management certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum etc.)
• Working Experience in project delivery and collaboration tools (MS Project, Wrike, Jira, Trello etc.)
