Overview 
We are looking for a Digital Project Manager, Content Producer to manage and execute digital and creative programs, including creating media content and handling digital product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, a team player and have expertise in digital solutions. The Digital Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, development, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions. This role requires a project manager with video editing tools experience, ability to facilitate successful product demonstrations, experience with creating media content and familiarity with AI platforms. The Digital Project Manager will possess excellent organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills. This position requires onsite work in a Denver office 4 days a week. All qualified candidates must live in the Denver metro area and be fully authorized to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship.


Responsibilities:

· Project Management: Lead digital programs, including media content, lead product demonstrations, and ensure timely delivery, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives. Develop project plans, roadmaps, and schedules to track progress against defined milestones.

· Digital Solutions: Drive the development of digital products and content working closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality products.

· Creating Media Content: Lead efforts to create, design, and implement media content for a seamless, efficient, and successful brand and digital solution experience.

· Process Flow Management: Map, and optimize digital process flows across various platforms to streamline efforrts, reduce friction, and enhance user engagement.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including product management, marketing, engineering, UX/UI, and customer support to ensure alignment on program goals, priorities, and timelines.

· Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates, risk assessments, and solutions to any program-related challenges or roadblocks.

· Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to digital programs and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.

· Metrics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital programs, track progress, and report on program status, outcomes, and post-launch performance.

· Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating program outcomes, gathering feedback, and implementing enhancements to optimize digital products and processes.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field.

· 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis with digital products and solutions.

· Proven expertise in designing and managing buy flows and process flows across digital platforms (e-commerce, mobile apps, websites, etc.).

· Strong understanding of creating media content, digital products and delivering product demonstrations which will include requirements gathering, product development and delivery efforts.

· Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.

· Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana), and digital video content editing tools such as Camtasia or similar.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders and customers when needed.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.


Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

· Familiarity with AI platforms, cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives.·

· Marketing experience with creating content, digital products and solutions

· Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and either MS Project or Smartsheet


Compensation:

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Sand Cherry Associates is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a 6 months+ consulting engagement, with an hourly range of $70-90/hr. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
