Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the integration of digital tools and systems, optimizing efficiency and productivity across the organization
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues or roadblocks, finding innovative solutions to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Engineering role, with a proven track record of successfully implementing digital initiatives
  • Extensive knowledge of digital tools and systems, along with a thorough understanding of widely accepted approaches in the industry
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet strict deadlines
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to determine root causes and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
