Job Summary:
The Enterprise Digital Marketing Strategy team manages large complex initiatives that focus on strategic direction for cat.com, the centralized digital media platforms, as well as managing several lead generation activities on cat.com including spam mitigation and form framework. The program manager will focus on cat.com and other large initiatives as needed.
What You Will Do:

  • Coordination and communication with stakeholders from across the enterprise including engineering, brand, other platforms, and business unit partners.
  • Identifying dependencies within our team and across the enterprise to inform roadmaps and project plans.
  • Ensure our stakeholders are engaged and informed of program progress, status, and securing approvals as necessary.
  • Demonstrates the value and necessity of linking tactical plans to overall strategic plan.
  • Use data to analyze and measure project performance and success.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks to ensure projects stay on track.


Skill Descriptors:

  • Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
  • Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
  • Implementation: Knowledge of how to run applications for organizations; ability to implement application software within an organization and help end-users perform specific tasks (ex: accounting or graphic design).


Consideration for Top Candidates:

  • 6+ years' experience as a digital marketer or digital technology program manager
  • Moderate to expert level expertise on marketing technologies, marketing data, and digital marketing acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate appropriately across all levels of a matrixed organization


Additional Details:
This position has the option to be based out of either our Chicago, IL; Peoria, IL; Irving, TX (Dallas) offices with a flexible hybrid work environment.

Summary Pay Range:
$123,480.00 - $185,280.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
