ZS's Digital Products Team:The work we do begins with defining and designing products and services that engage people across the entire healthcare ecosystem. Integral to that end is the Digital Health Products team. The Digital Health Products Team works closely with client leaders and product owners to uncover a product or service that solves user needs, works within the healthcare ecosystem and customers. We work alongside User Experience, Technology, and Regulatory professionals to translate the product vision into a working solution. Digital Health Products is a great career path for technology-oriented Business Analysts, Digital Analysts and Product Owners, and for those interested in improving healthcare through the use of technology.
What you'll do:

• Align with client business goals and help communicate the product's vision, objectives, success metrics, value proposition, key users, and user scenarios

• Work with a multi-disciplinary team on product discovery aligning the needs of the business, uses and potential of technology to meet business objectives

• Work closely with Product Managers to understand & apply relevant methodologies and techniques for co-creation workshops, product roadmaps, feature prioritization and feedback capture

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprised of design, software development, regulatory, and other subject matter experts to define the "how" of a digital solution

• Deliver product artifacts as agreed to by the team, this may include workshop preparations, product requirements, data flow diagrams, and business logic matrixes

• Support business development work by unpacking the client needs and narrating how the ZS solutions and services will address/answer the needs effectively.

What you'll bring:

• Candidates should be starting their second-to-last year of their master's or doctorate degree (with the internship taking place the summer before their final year) in product management, user experience, computer science, human centered design, management studies, or other related fields

• 3+ year(s) of work experience prior to their master's degree, ideally in a team or client-facing environment

• Experience in defining software product requirements, functional and non-functional

• Good knowledge of process/ UX flow and/or journey mapping is an asset

• Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology

• High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Empathy, adaptability and emotional intelligence.

• Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.

• Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks.

• Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in teams.

Travel:
Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
