We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our Product & Engineering team.  In this role, you will globally scale a leading industry solution that differentiates GBT and drives customer acquisition in key verticals.  Working with the Product Manager, you will be central to ongoing innovation, transforming the customer offering and bringing the product vision to life.  By understanding customer requirements and defining clear development goals, you will guide delivery teams to maximise product value in line with business priorities.

What You'll Do:

  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog
  • Create user stories aligning to customer requirements - ensure user stories are understood by the delivery team to optimize sprint delivery
  • Support the Product Manager to craft the product vision and execute the product roadmap
  • Act as a translator between the business and technology to make sure the technology meets business needs
  • Attend scrum events including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings
  • Manage the release plan, including test case creation and acceptance
  • Train internal and external users to maximise product adoption and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to drive continuous improvement, performance and security, and other non-functional requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid experience working in technology product development
  • Ability to work with integrated systems, including identifying and resolving dependencies
  • Ability to translate business strategy and user requirements into product features
  • Detailed knowledge of agile and other development methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Project Management experience leading multi-functional resources
  • Planning and scheduling skills to handle busy workload and multiple demands from internal and external customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with globally dispersed and remote teams
