Mission and responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate programs focused on digital transformation, to address the bank’s requirements and customers’ needs.
- Monitor all project activities and timelines, reporting progress and identifying potential delays.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders within the infrastructure, operations and end user technology teams and the bank domains to manage expectations and ensure smooth delivery.
- Create and maintain all required project documentation.
- Maintain a constant assessment of project risks, contributing to the development of mitigation strategies and ensuring the tracking and managing of raid logs.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards by following quality control processes.
- Work closely with the Software Director of the program fostering collaboration with the team involved and ensuring successful project delivery.
- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the program’s tech budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields are desirable.
- Proven experience in program technology leadership for banking sector related with digital channels (web, app, etc.).
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Previous experience working under agile methodology.
- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.
- Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting.
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
