Job Description
Our Digital Product Unit is responsible for the digital services at TOMRA Collection, that make reverse vending systems around the world operate in an efficient way and encourage container recycling for consumers, retailers and partners.
We are growing in multiple markets and need a Digital Product Manager that is able to balance our commitments to existing markets while expanding into new ones.
You will be part of a team of Digital Product managers that together with our engineering and design teams create customer delight and drive business results!
In this role you will be responsible for building and scaling digital products in the Consumer Experience domain. This domain is all about giving our consumer segment – the end-users of RVMs – a pleasant experience using TOMRA products. The portfolio includes RVM applications, APIs for partners and customers, as well as our consumer apps which have over 800.000 registered users.

As a product manager for Consumer Experience at TOMRA you will play an important role in defining the way people interact with RVMs on a global level.
Key responsibilities include:

Product strategy: Shaping the overarching plan and direction for your product portfolio, including the product vision, business and product outcomes, and measurable objectives.

Product alignment: Communication and alignment with a variety of stakeholders, including the internal product team, management, sales representatives and customers. Being a genuine product evangelist is key!

Data-driven decision making: Utilize analytics tools to dive into quantitative data yielding evidence of user behavior and identify how to act on it accordingly.

Product discovery & product delivery: Engage with users and customers frequently through interviewing and observation to gain invaluable qualitative insights. Work closely with the product team to deliver value in an agile matter.
Qualifications
- Proven product management experience delivering products to market and measuring success
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with stakeholder management, preferably in international and multidisciplinary organizations
- Analytical mindset with ability to take and communicate decisions based on data, metrics and user research
- Experience with modern product management practices such as; continuous discovery, product analytics, and product-led growth, and eagerness to take part in TOMRA’s journey of implementing such.
- Curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo!
