This Digital Process Engineer role is located at the Southeast Fulfillment Center in Jackson, Georgia. This role is responsible for:
- Maintaining and improving the overall digital infrastructure of the site
- Coaching digital champions to build and adapt dashboards to meet business need
- Coach the entire organization in effectively using digitization and data analytics to drive loss elimination and improvement
- Maintain appropriate stewardship and governance of digital infrastructure
- Support the everyday operations in improving E2E flow
- Benchmark and reapply digitization infrastructure and capabilities from other sites
Job Qualifications
Education:
- Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Operations Management, Other Business Administrative or Engineering Degree or (other related degree and/or work-related experience).
Skills/Experience for the role:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Proficient in Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in resolving complex flow problems
- Demonstrated ability to coach the site population on effective use of digital tools and using data analytics
- Demonstrated ability to operate with discipline and flex to support the site operations as needed

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $85-$115K
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
