Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Platform Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and providing support for our platforms, ensuring performance, and optimal functionality.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any platform issues and recommend improvements.
- Research issues or improvement requests by managing support cases with vendors.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and execute test plans, scenarios and scripts based on business requirements and feedback.
- Implement changes to process flows and supported platforms.
- Analyze data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in monitoring platforms' performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for platform processes and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
- 2 - 3 years of proven experience in product development, innovation, or related roles.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and new technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Fiserv is preferred.
- Banking industry experience preferred.
