We’re designing the core of our digital marketing and customer acquisition value stream to be as user centric as humanly possible. We’re looking for someone passionate and excited about rolling up their sleeves and helping us build data-driven digital campaigns that accelerate customer acquisition. You will be working alongside digital media, UI & product development, content and commercial stakeholders with the aim of helping NN Romania meet today’s digital natives, understand their journeys and help build a superior digital and eCommerce experience.
Core Responsibilities:
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our products, our customers, their journey and touchpoints used, business strategy, company objectives and goals;
- Collaborate with advertising and media experts to develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and digital sales;
- Oversee day-to-day communication with the performance agency, driving ongoing action plans and exploring innovative ideas;
- Coordinate with the creative agency to develop and optimize creative assets for ongoing and upcoming campaigns;
- Partner with team members to create high-converting landing pages, identify conversion drop-off points, and understand user behavior to help brainstorm fresh ideas for campaigns and landing pages;
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure optimal lead handling, maintaining regular contact to improve follow-up processes and increase conversion rates;
- Assist in setting up and managing automated e-mail journeys to guide leads through the sales funnel, ensuring they stay engaged and progress towards conversion;
- Monitor campaign reports & KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
Must-have Skills:
- 1-3 years experience in digital communication, specifically developing performance marketing campaigns;
- Understanding of digital user behavior, PPC principles, audience targeting criteria, ad specifications, and KPIs (ROAS, CPL, conversion rates);
- Ability to interpret data and use insights to improve campaign performance;
- Eager to learn, ask questions, and proactively suggest ideas for campaign growth and improvement;
- Ability to write concise, persuasive, and user-focused content, with an eye for layout and design;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Strong capability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategies, content, and overall campaign execution;
- Interest in learning and applying UX (User Experience) and CRO (conversion rate optimization) methodologies, principles and best practices.;
- Interest in experimenting with new channels and digital marketing tools.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Business-focused approach with an understanding of budget management and revenue impact;
- Previous hands-on experience managing lead generation or digital sales campaigns;
- Proficiency with Go-to-Market campaign planning, digital advertising platforms and best practices for digital acquisition channels;
- Familiarity with testing and exploring emerging digital advertising platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads) to diversify acquisition efforts and find new growth opportunities;
- Familiarity with lead scoring, offline conversion uploads, and audience targeting strategies;
- Understanding of e-mail marketing principles and lead nurturing strategies;
- Understanding of A/B testing principles and content experimentation for performance optimization;
- Knowledge of best practices in SEO, CRO, UI/UX, web development, and digital analytics to support content creation, storytelling, and landing page optimization.

The monthly salary range for the Business Process Transformation Specialist role is between 14.200 - 24.400 lei gross. The salary range showcased is only indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed upon during final negotiations with each candidate, by considering different criteria, such as the experience and skills level.
