The Organization:
The Consumer Direct Interaction - Experience Organization (CDI XO) consist of a Digital Commerce and Digital Post Purchase domain with several Product Areas within. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Digital Commerce domain, Data Activation product area. Data Activation is responsible in providing a single 360 view of the consumer to elevate and personalize the consumer experience and foster meaningful connections in all engagements. Data Activation achieves this by integrating insights from consolidated multi-source data to empower marketers taking informed marketing decisions to boost monetization through increasing loyalty post-purchase and driving conversion pre- and at purchase.
All about the role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will play a crucial role in translating the strategic direction of the domain into actionable requirements, driving the end-to-end product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products. You will be responsible for requirement gathering, prioritization, analysis, testing, and driving adoption of transformative solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Product Manager and cross-functional teams, including engineering, commercial and competence teams.
What you will do:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will play a crucial role in translating the strategic direction of the domain into actionable requirements by contributing to our vision and cohesive strategy of Data Activation with digital marketing expertise in consumer engagement. Areas we are working with are e-mail campaigns, web/app personalization, paid/social media, paid search, push notifications, digital commerce, loyalty.
You will be responsible for the dedicated scope from agreed roadmap to business release and lifecycle management of your own expertise. You will contribute to product area roadmap that outlines the planned improvements or new feature development.

Leverage deep knowledge of the product area to provide product expertise and guidance to Product Managers, Product Owners and Subject Matter Expert to maximize the value of existing features and capabilities.

Lead initiatives related to your area of expertise.

Collaborate with development and design teams to deliver high profile digital solutions and products that is fit for purpose and desirable in the market.

Identify future potential and opportunity space for your area of expertise and get teams, customers and business network understanding and buy-in
Who you are:

3-5+ years of experience in product management and development in digital marketing or e-commerce.

Strong expertise in requirement gathering, analysis, and prioritization within a product development context.

Digital Marketing/ MarTech knowledge in consumer engagement, example of areas are e-mail campaigns, web/app personalization, paid/social media, paid search, push notifications, digital commerce, loyalty.

Exposure to agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. digital marketing, business, computer science) is a plus

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to take ownership, lead initiatives, and deliver results.
