Job Description
THE POSITION:
As a key member of the Corporate Marketing & Communications team, this role collaborates with marketing managers and directors to execute digital strategies and campaigns aimed at creating awareness, generating interest, and promoting our products and services. The Digital Marketing Specialist leverages marketing technology to build relationships across all communication channels and create campaigns that enhance the EVERANA brand, nurture prospects, and generate leads. This role plans, develops, and implements complex programs including email, digital ads, landing pages, and social media.
Critical RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement innovative e-marketing campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance across multiple channels.
- Optimize efforts to achieve key objectives, including awareness, interest, and demand generation for our services/products.
- Oversee digital platforms, including but not limited to website, landing pages, marketing automation, and social media.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within the Marketing and Communications team to ensure the successful execution of projects and campaigns.
essential duties and responsibilites:
- Project manage implementation of marketing campaigns utilizing multiple marketing channels and touchpoints
- Design, build, and execute email campaigns using Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), including segmentation, dynamic content, and automation rules.
- Develop and maintain nurture programs and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and lead scoring models.
- Create reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Implement A/B testing strategies and continually optimize for better engagement and conversion.
- Ensure email templates are mobile-optimized and follow branding and accessibility guidelines.
- Oversee list hygiene, growth and segmentation using target client profiles. Liaison with marketing support on database management efforts, including list imports, deduplication, and segmentation.
- Stay up to date with Pardot and Salesforce feature updates, best practices, and compliance regulations
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM, with experience in campaign management, lead tracking, and reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs, campaigns, and roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools in Salesforce/Pardot.
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing or related field
- Experience with HTML/CSS preferred.
- Pardot Specialist certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to build relationships with key internal customers, including executive leadership
- Thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment managing multiple priorities
- Knowledge of O365, SharePoint intranet platforms, Google Analytics, marketing automation, social networks and other creative messaging venues.
- Ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns for diverse audiences
- Detail-oriented and creative thinker
