We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our global team as a Digital Marketing Specialist in Marketing Automation. As an automation specialist you will be responsible for creating, implementing, managing, and reporting on our global campaign programs. You'll be a creative problem-solver with a demonstrable record of expertise in marketing automation driving results for all types of programs. You'll use your analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and provide valuable insights and recommendations to refine marketing automation strategies.
What You Will Be Doing:

  • Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.
  • Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and rules and processes are adhered to for all campaigns.
  • Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the project owners.
  • Work with the subject matter expert to manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards. Creating recommendations to improve campaigns and templates continuously.
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
  • Gain a basic level understanding in essential marketing operations initiatives between automation and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.


Principal Accountabilities

  • Responsible for coordination & execution of marketing projects, including online and offline marketing tactics, with assistance from manager.
  • Coordinate pre-defined programs, including online & offline marketing tactics, with supervision.
  • Work creative teams in taking projects from creative development stage to completion with supervision from manager.
  • Assist in creating project estimates and schedules with manager approval. Assist in reviewing budgets and deadlines to help keep projects on schedule.
  • Assist in coordinating the lead generation, reporting and database process and report results back to manager and suppliers with manager approval, on all projects.
  • Begin to establish and develop internal and supplier relationships, present pre-defined Arrow program presentations.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Previous project management at either a marketing agency or within an internal shared service or demand center function.
  • Experience in marketing automation and best practices as well experience with effectively using traditional marketing tactics and channels for best outcomes.
  • Must have previously executed creative and demand creation assets of campaigns in automation software (Eloqua, Marketo, Umbraco).
  • Must have knowledge of marketing channels effectiveness & mix.
  • Strong project management skills.


Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$29,750.00 - $39,600.00 MXN Monthly
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
