What you’ll do & Who you are
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Concepter B2B (d/f/m) to join our team in Berlin.
You will drive and implement effective marketing campaigns to engage our B2B audience. In close collaboration with our Sales and Product departments you will align communication strategies with business goals and product innovations.
You will report to the Head Of Retention Marketing.
The position will be offered as a permanent contract. This is a hybrid role, our office is based in Berlin-Charlottenburg.
About the role:

Develop and implement detailed communication concepts for B2B campaigns, with a focus on lead customer engagement, retention and upselling purpose.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, product teams) to understand customer needs and business objectives, integrating these insights into digital marketing strategies.

Design and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, landing pages and further contents, ensuring cohesive messaging across all platforms.

Work closely with the creative teams to develop assets that align with the communication strategy, including visuals & copy.

Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize campaigns, ensuring they meet key performance indicators.

Collaborate with external agencies and partners to develop and execute campaigns from end to end on our path to strengthen the internal communication development approach.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring that the communication strategy remains innovative and competitive.

Provide regular reports and performance analysis to key stakeholders to track campaign success and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in dialog or digital B2B marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Business-fluent German (spoken and written) and excellent English communication skills.

Strong knowledge of multichannel digital marketing strategies, with a focus on email marketing, landing pages and further digital marketing assets.

Proven ability to manage external agency relationships and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.

Analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.

Strong collaboration skills, creativity and attention to detail.

Ideally experience in inhousing external agency efforts along the whole production chain.
