Our Team:
The Digital Functional Expert will join the Digital Growth hub teams, which is part of the Consumer Healthcare Digital Business Solutions supporting Commercial, Marketing, M&S, Support functions and Science. This team is responsible for managing the worldwide solution portfolio, roadmap and projects around these Commercial & marketing areas. This includes a wide range of applications that need to be correctly integrated with both Sanofi business functions and external partners to allow best in class Commercial operations. In particular, Salesforce led solutions such as CRM, B2B Portal, Marketing automations….
Main responsibilities:
The CRM Product team is looking for a Digital Functional Expert who is hands-on, engaged, and an avid learner. Their goal will be to deliver digital analysis and expertise to the digital technology solutions that compose our application portfolio.
As a CRM Digital Functional Expert (equivalent Senior Business analyst), you will intervene on Sales effectiveness features (visit management, Territory management, detailing, segmentation, Merchandising…) shared across multiple clouds & solutions (MyCRM, OCE, Showpad…). Partnering with key collaborators to drive and achieve the Product vision while completing key deliverables. You serve as hands-on advisor, using strong interpersonal skills, solution and technical knowledge, FMCH industry experience, and knowledge of Sanofi CHC business.
As key job responsibilities, the Digital Expert:
· Lead the Sales effectiveness solution implementation on MyCRM, Showpad, OCE, TRAX solutions
· Be the expert and privileged interlocutor on the Sales effectiveness topics between Product Owners, Business process owners, Solution Leads & technical teams,
Candidate should have experience in skill like (Sales cloud, CG Cloud, Customer times. Should be knowledgeable in CRM like (Veeva for medical sales team or other CRM like (Microsoft).
Candidate should have work on Salesforce CRM for commercial team.
· Collect Product related enhancement requests, challenge and qualify them and ensure their inclusion in the cross-application vision,
· Lead Sales effectiveness problem management – identify key issues & irritants of the solution and find ways to improve the end user experience,
· Write Sales effectiveness specific user stories, ensure that the alignment with the technical teams on the technical design and on acceptance criteria's with local teams,
· Review solutions, adoption and recommend improvements,
· Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project,
· Describe and illustrate functional designs with appropriate justifications,
· Collaborate with cross-CoE teams, including Delivery, Product, Testing, Architecture, Support to ensure alignment and integration of new features or processes within Salesforce solutions,
· In Charge of Sales effectiveness Product testing functional scripts
· Prepare & maintain Training documentations related to Salesforce Effectiveness solutions usage
· Contributes actively to Operational excellence: facilitating risk management and conducting/contributing to Problem root causes analysis, support L3 on problem solving
Required Qualifications and Background:
- Bachelor’s or advanced master’s degree in business or engineering
- At least 3 years’ experience in delivering Salesforce projects,
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online,
- Minimum Salesforce certified:
- Administrator
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Business Analyst
- CG Cloud
- Is familiar with continuous improvement/Agile techniques
- Has application design and integration knowledge (plus)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- A pro-active personality, with a can-do attitude,
- Excellent relationship-building skills,
- Candidate should have experience in skill like (Sales cloud, CG Cloud, Customer times. Should be knowledgeable in CRM like (Veeva for medical sales team or other CRM like (Microsoft).
- Candidates have work on Salesforce CRM for commercial team.
- Previous experience in FMCG or FMCH is a plus
- Knowledge on commercial processes is a plus
- Attention to details and excellent analytical skills
- Available and responsive to question, clarifications and instructions
- Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels
- A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams
- Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence
