Purpose of the position:
We are seeking a dedicated Digital Executive, Ad Operations to join our Banner and Performance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of banner operations for our sales projects across various magazine titles including Cosmopolitan HK, ELLE HK, Esquire HK, and Harper’s Bazaar HK. You will work closely with our internal sales teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution of all client deliverables.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee and manage banner operations for sales projects, ensuring seamless execution and optimization
- Monitor inventory levels and performance metrics to ensure optimal utilization and effectiveness
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance banner performance and achieve sales targets
- Generate detailed reports with actionable insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments
- Collaborate with sales teams to align banner operations with sales goals and client expectations
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually improve banner operations and performance
Skills and Experience that will lead to success:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 1 - 2 years of proven experience in managing digital advertising platforms and optimizing inventory
- Working knowledge of AdTech including Google Ad Manager and Salesforce
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in G Suite or MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
Work location will be at Wong Chuk Hang office
