Join our dynamic team as a Digital Content Specialist in St. Louis, MO for our ProSource Division, and enjoy a role that combines flexibility and opportunity. We offer a hybrid work schedule with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and collaborate in the office from Tuesdays through Thursdays. This multi-faceted position specializing in digital marketing, web content management, and creative production supports and delivers strategies that improve local showroom performance and national brand growth. This position collaborates effectively with multiple stakeholders across many projects to support the ProSource division. Our ideal candidate will be skilled in website content administration, be naturally curious and can think outside of the box in an ever-changing digital marketing space.
In this role, you will:

  • Utilize Sitecore web platform to place and publish national and local content that is relevant, personalized, and optimized for organic search.
  • Create content for campaigns and touch points, including web pages, digital catalogs, eBooks, podcasts, videos and more.
  • Execute creative and adaptable web development strategies focused on web content management, user journey analysis, personalization, and content alignment.
  • Communicate digital content support to local franchisees and showroom managers, including digital signage and local showroom web page updates.
  • Support marketing programs related to customer experience, acquisition, reactivations, and top customer strategies.

Are you a match? We’re looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience, plus 2-3 years of experience in marketing and advertising. Both B2B and B2C experience preferred.
  • Experience with creative development, web content development, and marketing communications.
  • Knowledge of Sitecore and Canva platforms are a plus.
  • Solid writing experience across various marketing channels, with writing examples provided.
  • The ability to understand and adapt to ongoing changes with search engine optimization and keyword placement, and effectively applying these principles to content.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, follow up on commitments in a timely and through manner, and question conventional thinking.
