GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

The Digital Content Coordinator for our Ecommerce business will play a critical role in ensuring that our online content is coordinated, engaging, and optimized for conversion. The primary responsibility will be to manage the syndication of Ecommerce content to our Shopify DTC Store, working closely with brand leaders to track and monitor SKU health and maintain product information.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for monitoring eCommerce content management platform to store content data

• Deploy product content to marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, TikTok and Shopify, meeting retailer requirements.

• Coordinate product content from brands for new items and ad hoc content requests.

• Act as a liaison between platform vendors, category management team, and eCommerce team.

• Define, build and maintain digital workflows within the content management platform

• Adhere to best in class working processes & brand guidelines around eCommerce product content collection, creation, management, product reviews, syndication, and analysis.

• Prepare PDF flyers for seasonal product deals, sales sheets, and catalogs.

• Manage annual L&R distribution catalog preparation.

• Able to demonstrate proficiency with excel formulas, PIM tools, and use with various computer information systems.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years of experience coordinating product information and deployment
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully syndicating to marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and other retailers.
  • Experience with eCommerce-focused content management systems and willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional project management skills.
  • Ability to set and manage deadlines, track progress, and manage up effectively.
  • Proficiency with Excel formulas, PIM tools, and various computer information systems.
  • Ability to work effectively and positively with internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
  • Photoshop & Canva experience is a plus.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (If applicable)

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
