We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office.
Primary Duties
- Conduct website traffic, content, keyword, and URL audits to improve search engine relevance and inform content plan, communications and marketing strategy
- Track and monitor technical SEO performance metrics and website engagement data including organic traffic, keyword rankings and conversions,, contributing to regular reporting and making and implementing recommendations for improvements to meet company goals
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and deploy web pages consistent with brand standards and templates to ensure best practices are followed
- Assist with the development and implementation of new and existing web pages and technical SEO initiatives
- Provide support for management and updates of Aledade.com and other brand and brand adjacent web properties as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (ideally with a Marketing or Business focus)
- Minimum of 3 years experience SEO executing organic search campaigns in highly competitive search industries (e.g., healthcare, legal, pharmaceuticals, ecommerce, real estate, etc.)
- Experience using WordPress, HubSpot and other online publishing content management systems.
- Experience using digital platforms including Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMRush
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors

- Google Analytics certification
