Digital Commerce Manager Greece, Israel and Cyprus (GRIC)
 
About the role
This role owns the development of the Strategy, Planning and Execution Process for Digital Commerce in Pharmacy and Mass Market channels across Greece, Israel, and Cyprus. Digital Commerce Manager will work together with Sales, Marketing and Digital, and lead a team of eCommerce Key Account Managers to drive eCommerce Strategy, Action Plan as well as Organizational Capabilities that will help Haleon achieve leading position in Digital Channels

The role requires a balanced combination of strategic thinking, data-driven decision making and startup-mindset to maximize our impact in the rapidly evolving eCommerce sector
Role Responsibilities

Strategic functions:

  • Own the Cluster planning process and set the strategy for eCommerce

  • Act as key connection between the Digital Commerce Team and GRIC Leadership Team, ensuring seamless integration of dCommerce initiatives into overall business strategies

  • Align Digital Commerce initiatives with Haleon’s strategic priorities

  • Partners with Digital Shelf Team CEE to manage dShelf Metrics, content gaps, ensure production and implementation to have the best-in-class Digital Shelf for Haleon Brands

  • Be a SME in identifying gaps & opportunities and creating recommendations for other departments

Digital Commerce activation planning:

  • Lead the development, execution & evaluation of eCommerce activation plan

  • Develop and manage Retail Media strategies in collaboration with CEE Retail Media Manager, to maximize full funnel on-platform influence and ROAS

  • Responsible for implementation and utilization of available e-commerce tools to drive sales growth

  • Responsible for designing solutions for maximizing sales conversion of digital communication

  • Optimize and develop both on- and off- platform activations efficiency

Customers management:

  • Responsible for the design of e-commerce Joint Business Planning with Key partners

  • Responsible for the contractual agreement structure & ToT

  • Lead the development of online Customer partnerships across Omni-Channel, Pure Play, Marketplaces and Quick Commerce


Capabilities & Collaboration:

  • Implement trainings that will drive digital commerce activations capabilities in GRIC

  • Manage and mentor a team of eCommerce Key Account Managers, fostering a high-performance culture

  • Partner with Digital Marketing Managers & Brand Managers and align on priorities and key projects

  • Sets up cooperation with internal stakeholders in order to develop winning digital commerce activations plans and exchange best practices

  • Partner with eKAMs and Omnichannel KAMs to accelerate Haleon’s growth & implement out of the box solution to elevate our collaboration with eRetailers

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years of proven experience in developing and leading eCommerce sales on market or regional level in a global company environment (Pure Digital Marketing experience is not enough)

  • Fluent English and Greek language skills

  • Proven experience in strategy development, measurement and implementation for the e-Commerce Activations, both on- & off-platform

  • Strong experience in negotiations and leading Digital Commerce & Omnichannel client’s agenda

  • Deep understanding of multiple e-Commerce channels (e-pharmacy customers, e-retailers, Marketplaces and Pure Players), their role, current e-commerce trends and shopper behaviours

  • Strong change management experience & ability to build cross-functional processes

  • Analytical skills with extensive ability to transition data into insights and insights into actions

People Experience Partner

About the role

The People Experience Partner at Haleon serves as the initial point of contact for employee queries, providing end-to-end navigation support and resolution on complex HR cases. The People Experience Partner collaborates with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support and deliver strategic HR priorities, working closely with cross-functional HR teams on operational actions related to compensation, benefits, and the annual reward cycle.

This role involves coaching leaders and managers on people and performance management, employee engagement, and delivering training to upskill managers in HR processes and policies. The People Experience Partner raises improvement ideas, focusing on process simplification and optimization, and maintains the knowledge base. They also ensure global policies align with local laws and analyse employee engagement data to support action plans and talent reviews.

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for employee queries via ServiceNow and live chat, providing end-to-end navigation support and resolution for HR cases, and managing complex HR cases with guidance on routine employee relations issues.

  • Coach leaders and managers on performance management, employee engagement, and people management, delivering training and development interventions to upskill managers in HR processes and policies.

  • Partner with HRBPs to support and deliver strategic HR priorities, collaborating with cross-functional HR teams on operational actions related to compensation, benefits, and the annual reward cycle.

  • Proactively raise improvement ideas, focusing on process simplification and optimization, and maintain the knowledge base by preparing and updating documents.

  • Deploy and adapt global policies to align with local laws and regulations, ensuring consistent application while meeting country-specific requirements.

  • Analyze employee engagement data to identify trends and insights, supporting action plans to improve engagement and inform talent reviews.

Why you?

Minimum Required qualification:

  • Knowledge on local Employment law and regulations (CZ/SK)

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes (performance management, onboarding, employee relations, and talent management), with the ability to adapt global policies locally

  • Min 4 year’s HR experience within complex global company environment, start-up experience would be beneficial

  • Ability to analyse engagement data, metrics, and HR analytics to provide insights and drive continuous improvement

  • Proficiency in HR technology (Workday, ServiceNow)

  • Fluent English and Czech language skills

  • Experience in managing HR projects (with a focus on change and engagement initiatives), and strong stakeholders management

  • Experience with optimizing HR processes

  • Ability to lead others through change with analytical and problem-solving mindset to address the complex HR initiatives
