WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

This role leads change management and adoption of digital capabilities into the business group and/or business unit (BG/BU), focusing on end user experience, business process change, communication and outcomes.

Product Adoption and Embedment 

  • Leads the change management strategy and plan for all process and technology changes introduced within the BG or BU  
  • Ensure digital products are adopted and embraced by end users within the BG/BU to provide best in class user experience
  • Monitor and track adoption metrics for digital solutions across the BG/BU 
  • Identify potential barriers to adoption, and create risk assessment and mitigation action program to ensure smooth deployment of product development initiatives 
  • Drives process change, embedding capabilities into day to day working  
  • Maps business outcomes to products  
  • Maximize BG/BU ‘Business Readiness’ and develop Change Champions Network 

  • Undertake Business Readiness Assessments and take any necessary mitigating action to prepare BGs/BUs for digital changes prioritized by BG Leadership 
  • Build the feedback loop and change champion network within the BGs/BUs, driving BG/BU employee engagement with digital transformation initiatives  
  • Facilitate BG/BU Engagement & Communication 

  • Act as a central point of information for digital transformation initiatives for UniOps into the BG/BU, driving communications with the BG/BU communications lead 
  • Develop a clear BG/BU engagement strategy and plans to build awareness, understanding and change support. 
  • Collaborate with Domain/Family/ Product Change Lead / Change Manager to align on messaging per specific product development initiative 
  • Support Domain/Family in identifying key business stakeholders to engage with in more detail 
  • Change Coordination & Training 

  • Oversees BG/BU overall training strategies 
  • Gather feedback from end-users, super users and change champions continuously iterate approach to optimize training effectiveness and adoption

Pay: The pay range for this position is $84,400 to $126,600. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
