The Position

The Global Digital Hub has newly been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

As a Digital Campaign Specialist in the Global Digital Hub, you ensure the successful delivery of digital campaigns content creation projects within the Digital Campaigns Chapter. The role plays a crucial role in ensuring timely and high-quality digital campaigns content creation coordination and completion. 

The Digital Campaign Delivery Specialist may collaborate closely with affiliate business teams or brand teams, third-party-vendors, campaign and global campaign coordinators in the organization, related to project requirements, objectives, and timelines. 

Your Opportunity:

  • Triaging request for digital campaigns and projects with the right stakeholders: Executing and supporting digital marketing strategies and campaigns to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction in the daily operation of asset delivery through the Content Lab

  • Managing updates of marketing materials in a timely manner in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders depending on the updates incl. communication/coordination with requestors (from the affiliates)

  • Handling the creation of tickets, coordinate the organization of source files, and oversee asset tracking using tools like Smartsheets or similar, ensuring efficient uploading, storage, and categorization for seamless identification and reuse within our global network

  • Identifying potential issues and risks, escalate them if needed, and collaborate with Content Lab peers to resolve these issues and continuously improve service

  • Conducting thorough checks on draft and revised materials to ensure adherence to the brief, brand guidelines, and overall quality standards.

Who you are:

  • You have a university degree (marketing, business etc.) or equivalent professional experience and English proficiency.

  • You gained experience in digital campaign management, cross-channel campaigns and individual deliverables (i.e. email, social, display, websites, video, radio, and print) is a plus.

  • You are competent to handle different digital platforms (CRM, CMS, Social channels, etc.) and excellent organization and project management skills, deadline, vendor/agency management, budget management

  • You have a customer-focused behavior in everything you do and ability to create and maintain well-functioning relationships with internal stakeholders and other 3rd party providers.

  • You are highly creative, innovative, forward thinking marketer with the ability to demonstrate awareness of digital trends.

Salary starts from 1800 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
