Your mission in the company

As part of your responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on the refinement and continuous improvement of our app, working together with real users of the network to understand their needs and expectations. You will also work in an international environment, alongside other countries and the Salesforce team.
Your main responsabilities
Inside the Digital Agency department and reporting to the Head of the department, you will have the exciting opportunity to participate in the design of the Salesforce Agent app, working alongside our international team and other countries involved in the project.
- As part of your role, you will be responsible for organizing focus groups and testing sessions with end-users of the application, allowing you to identify their needs and ensure that the functionalities meet their expectations
- Participation in refinements and harmonizations with the local and international Salesforce team and alongside the other countries participating in the project
- Process definition and tool improvements within the network, identifying processes with potential for improvement and proposing solutions.
- You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Salesforce Agent app by conducting thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of all functionalities prior to their official production deployment.
- As part of your role, you will work closely with the Salesforce squads to develop requirements for new functionalities and track their progress, ensuring that the network's tools and processes are always up-to-date and at their best
- Organization of focus groups and functionality testing sessions with end-users of the application (agency network). Your role will be to identify their needs before starting to refine the functionalities, and subsequent testing of the functionality with the objective of validating that what has been built is what they expect
- Monitoring and analyzing the use and adoption of Salesforce within our sales network,and using those insights to develop a comprehensive adoption plan that will ensure that our agents are getting the most out of this powerful tool.
Candidate profile:
- Graduated in ADE, Marketing, Publicidad or similar
- 1 - 3 years of experience in similar position
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce)
- At least C1 level of English (an oral and written test will be carried out).
- Working experience in digital marketing.
- Working experience with sales channel
- UX experience is a plus.
