KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Digital Associate on the Strategy and Innovation side of the business your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead upper funnel Digital Strategy across the ice cream portfolio
• Partner with dComm team to develop search strategy tactics across portfolio
• Brand websites: identify new tools to test, optimize with search strategy, monitor consumer sentiment
• Drive best in class 7OA assets with engaging content to drive conversion
• Lead portfolio digital scale agenda for key retail.com players
• Bring the outside in through new AI tools
• Collaborate with cross functional teams
• Working closely with Sales and Digital team to align activities to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Drive new ice cream company equity and awareness through digital platforms

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

1. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative AI Tools).

2.  Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles.

3. Experience with AI tools

4. Excellent written and visual communication skills

Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. 

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. 

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
