About the Role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a driving force behind the automation and optimization of our infrastructure, ensuring seamless CI/CD processes, scalable architecture, and high availability. You will take the lead in building and maintaining the systems that empower ZURU Tech to continuously deliver cutting-edge solutions. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you’ll influence key decisions, mentor peers, and tackle technical challenges across multiple platforms.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and Unreal Engine that build, test and deploy our main BIM software.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Develop scripts in Bash, Python, and Go to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and deployment efficiency.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Linux, macOS, and Windows environments, ensuring operational excellence across the stack.
- Work on a flat DevOps team formed by experts.

Sounds Nice? Check the following requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
- Proven experience with GitLab CI/CD, AWS, Ansible, Kubernetes, Terraform and Docker.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, and Go.
- Deep knowledge of Linux systems and proficiency in macOS and Windows shells.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and lead technical projects.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
What we offer:
⌛️Flex Time: you can decide when to work from 6am to 10pm. We have a Core Time from 10:00 to 12:00 am in which presence is required (wfh/office), and the rest of the day is up to you!
