CACI is seeking DevOps Engineers to join our CNRFC N6 Enterprise Application Innovation team. Our team provides end-to-end lifecycle support for Navy Reserve business systems, including full-stack web/mobile-responsive development, SharePoint knowledge management and development, machine learning, date warehouse development and administration, desktop/server administration, networking, and AWS cloud infrastructure support. Notable systems within our team's area of responsibility include the Navy Reserve Homeport (NRH), Reserve Enterprise Application Locker (REAL), Reserve Force Manpower Tools (RFMT), and the Navy Reserve Data Warehouse (NRDW), all maintained within Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms. Our user base (60,000+) is the entire Navy Reserve Force; to include drilling/inactive Reservists, the Active Reserve (TAR) component, and our operational partners.
As a DevOps Engineer on the team, you will work in close collaboration with the Technical Lead, engineering leads, software engineers, and infrastructure engineers to develop new and enhance existing solutions to bolster security and operational efficiency. Having recently transitioned our production environments to Amazon Web Services, there are ample opportunities for the ideal candidate to foster the adoption of cloud-native services in this endeavor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Implement development, testing, automation, and IT infrastructure
- Improving existing and establishing new develop, test, release, maintenance, and support processes
- Troubleshoot software applications, systems, and networking
- Encouraging and developing process automation wherever possible
- Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
- Deploying and maintaining appropriate Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) tools (Azure DevOps Server, SonarQube, Nexus, AWS CodeDeploy, etc)
- Establish processes, tooling, and automation to support improved reliability, performance efficiency, and spending
- Establish configuration management controls for infrastructure supporting development and production workloads (to include the use of Infrastructure as Code with CloudFormation)
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- SECRET-level security clearance
- CompTIA Security+ certification (or equivalent), or ability to achieve within 6-months’
- Experience supporting cloud-hosted workloads for the Department of Defense (preferably the US Navy)
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of both development and operations processes
- Ability to work autonomously across the team with minimal direction, seeking opportunities for improvement in systems, processes and procedures
- Proven experience leveraging continuous integration / continuous deployment processes, promoting the culture, automation, and designs to facilitate DevSecOps practices
- Experience deploying .NET applications and AWS services to cloud-based environments
- Experience supporting the build process for .NET and NodeJS driven-applications (to include the use of associated Nuget and NPM package management services).
- Proven experience scripting, to include the use of PowerShell and AWS CLI
- Experience evaluating, integrating, and supporting a variety of Azure/AWS IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS capabilities (breadth and depth, AWS preferred)
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly, contributing to multiple assigned-projects
- Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment with a solid understanding of business requirements and IT strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
