You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project's readiness to go live.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when needed
- Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings
- Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization
- Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live
- Own the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery

About This Role
In this job, you'll be planning, implementing, and embedding the Enterprise Agile & DevSecOps practices across Mondelez. You'll ensure the entire Mondelez Digital Services teams are aligned to the Right Sized IT Delivery model that embraces best practices of Agile@Scale to drive high quality, frequent delivery of business outcomes at pace in collaboration with the wider Mondelez Digital Services teams, so that together we can deliver Enterprise Agility and accelerate business value. You'll bring to bear your extensive experience advising organizations, leading by example and challenging the status quo to promote an environment and culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation. Alongside enabling the DevOps ways of working, you will also provide software and applications expertise, and be responsible for implementation of the SAP solutions overseeing the planning and execution of software and applications. You will manage an internal team and partner with external suppliers and use your understanding of our business goals find and deploy the right software and application solutions for the future.
You'll Have The Following Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to organizations when guiding them through their Lean/Agile transformation, utilizing best practices on Organizational design, Customer Focus, Lean Portfolio Management, Team and Technical Agility and Leadership Agility.
- Work with senior leaders to define strategies and roadmaps for transitioning to Lean/Agile & DevSecOps practices.
- Mentor and pair with change agents within Mondelez on becoming true Lean/Agile champions and creating a sustaining Agile capabilities.
- Support the Agile Delivery Managers (RTEs) and Agile coaches to implement cross tribe quarterly Program Increment planning events, defining enhancements for efficiency and increased delivery confidence.
- Optimise flow of value through the squads; define and implement data analytics (i.e. Cycle Time metrics) for quantification, assessing and driving improvements to DevOps and release and CI/CD pipelines.
- For the CI part of role you will cover the following
- Managing large-scale software and application services
- Service delivery excellence
- Program/Project management with experience managing multiple projects for budgets, resources, schedules and quality
- Understanding of integration and how different applications talk to each other
Job specific requirements:
- 12+ years experience with atleast 6-8 years in hands on implementation of Lean Agile / SAFe delivery practices with certification in frameworks SPC, ICP-ACC, COBIT, ITIL, SAFe DevOps, SAFe RTE
- Ability to define CI/CD pipeline for SAP, SFDC and Data Analytics areas using tools like Rev Trac, ABAP Test unit, Live compare, Jira, Jira Align, GitHub, GitHub Actions, qTest, Tosca and SNOW
- Demonstrated hands on experience in establishing practices such as Continuous Planning, Integration, delivery, Lean Ops and Process excellence
- Ability to lead collaborative Agile ways of working and effectively manage changing priorities.
- Delivery: Strong Technology delivery skillset with an understanding of building digital journeys across full lifecycle Learn, Buy, Get, Use, Pay and Serve.
- Deep understanding of the challenges that an enterprise moving to embed agility will need to address
- Adept at collaborating with other Senior Leaders to help drive Agile transformation to successful outcomes as well defining best practices in conjunction with the Lead Agile Coach and Delivery leadership.
- Have experience in using Programme and Portfolio Management tools such as JIRA, Jira Align and Confluence.
- Stakeholder engagement and management, communication at all levels of the organisation.
