Who you are:
- A DevOps Engineer with 5-7 years of professional experience in enterprise-scale environments.
- Experienced in developing and managing virtual infrastructure tooling, with expertise in APIs for configuring Virtual Machines.
- Skilled in continuous integration, including tools like Git, Jenkins, and Agile development practices.
- Proficient in Linux OS, Python, and SQL, with advanced troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, networks, and storage.
- Familiar with IaaS environments and experienced in working with virtualization technologies such as VMware.
It would be awesome if you had:
- Experience collaborating in globally distributed, multi-national teams.
- Familiarity with hypervisor platforms and virtualization management technologies.
- Knowledge of critical infrastructure services like DNS, DHCP, and NTP.
- Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Erlang, Prolog, or Perl.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain infrastructure tooling to support virtualization platforms and ensure reliable, high-availability virtual environments.
- Collaborate with a global team to integrate and support large-scale IaaS platforms, focusing on API-driven configurations.
- Evaluate, certify, and optimize virtualization management technologies to meet enterprise standards.
