If the answer is yes, ClearSource is looking for an exceptional Development Operations (DevOps) Engineer to join our dynamic team. You should be responsible for integrating software development and IT operations to ensure the efficient deployment and maintenance of software systems. This role requires expertise in automation, cloud computing, security practices, and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes. The DevOps Engineer will collaborate closely with development and IT teams to enhance system scalability, performance, and reliability.
What you will do as a Development Operations (DevOps) Engineer
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to facilitate automated testing and deployment.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Optimize application performance and scalability in collaboration with software development teams.
- Implement and maintain security best practices across development, testing, and production environments.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to enhance reliability.
- Maintain configuration management processes to ensure system consistency across multiple environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve deployment efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies.
What ClearSource Needs from You
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a DevOps Engineer role or similar capacity.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Strong expertise in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation tasks.
- Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- In-depth knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) are preferred.
- Must be willing to work onsite
