Yodlee, with its rapidly growing customer and user base, is seeking a skilled, driven, and innovative Developer Relations Specialist to support prospects and customers via the Yodlee Developer Portal. This is a fast-paced environment where you will guide up and coming FinTechs on Yodlee APIs and products to help them leverage our industry-leading financial platform. In this role, you will also collaborate with various sales, product, and engineering teams at Yodlee to help provide customer feedback on portal, messaging, documentation, API structure, API and Developer tools, data, site coverage etc.

Job Title: Developer Relations Specialist - Integration and API Support
Team: Client Services
You will have -
College Degree (Computer Science or related engineering field preferred)
2-4 years of experience in a Developer Support role.
Experience working in the Wealth management industry, ideally for a Fintech company servicing banks, brokerage firms and/or Advisor firms is a plus.
Working knowledge of Capital markets, security identification and asset classification is a plus
Technical skills –
Understanding of SDLC, APIs, and development environments
Familiarity with Object Oriented Programming Fundamentals
Understanding of Java a plus
Understanding of RESTful web services and APIs
Familiarity with SAAS/Integration Platforms and Cloud Platforms like AWS/Azure
In addition to Java, exposure to any of the following languages – Node, Python, or PHP
Hands-on experience using Postman
Experience with Zendesk or similar tools is a plus

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide both pre and post-sales developer support
- Monitor usage and access of APIs by developers
- Review Developer portal updates/releases and provide feedback to product and engineering teams
- Collect customer input and developer community feedback and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve developer experience
