What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with a cloud engineering team to improve workflows and bring best practices to life.
- Develop tools, processes, and systems to streamline internal development, making it faster, more efficient, and enjoyable.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and respect, where everyone’s skills and ideas are valued.
- Solve real-world problems that help teams work smarter, move faster, and deliver exceptional results.
- Apply AI technologies to enhance processes, contribute to automation, and drive innovative solutions.
Required Skills:
- A passion for learning and solving problems creatively, with a strong drive to stay ahead of the curve in emerging technologies, including AI.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while prioritizing what matters most.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Programming expertise in Go, TypeScript, or Python (3+ years of experience, or a mix of these languages).
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools (such as GitLab).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills (but not required!):
- Experience or interest in containerization and deployment technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
- Enthusiasm for building scalable, highly available systems and automating tasks.
- A desire to work in agile or lean development environments.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and technologies, with a passion for incorporating them into cloud and engineering solutions.
