The Information Technology function at Lendlease is responsible for providing the technology capability and delivery to enable our business strategy and day-to-day operations.

As such, we are recruiting for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Brisbane on a full time, 12-month contract.
Supporting business end-users, you will provide Level 2 support services including planning, implementation, management and usage of the business applications, enterprise platforms and the company's local and wide-area networks. This will include but will not be limited to the maintenance and troubleshooting of Audio-Visual Systems, troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to setup, maintenance and support of local hardware (PC’s, Laptops, Printers).
This is not your typical Desktop Support role. An important aspect of it is to partner with our customers to gain insights into how the technology solutions provided to them, are being utilised and adopted. As part of our internal training/upskilling program, you will be creating training content, presentations, quick reference guides, Yammer posts and videos for our customers. This includes delivering face to face training and remote coaching workshops.
Ideally you'll have experience as a Desktop support or Service Desk analyst providing face-to-face and remote support in fast-paced and large corporate environments.
You will bring well developed written and verbal communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service plus a desire to contribute to the continuous improvement of IT products and services.
You will also need to be interested in learning about new cloud-based technology solutions i.e., Google and Microsoft. You must be confident in supporting a Microsoft environment, including some knowledge/exposure to ServiceNow, SCCM, Active Directory, Outlook, Office 365 and other relevant applications. Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology are highly desirable but not essential. Due to the nature of the work it is preferred to have Australian Citizenship.
