About the Role
We have an opening for a talented Designer who will produce digital ads and assets for the world’s most recognizable brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- In this role, you'll easily master and apply general design knowledge such as alignments, compositions, and typographic handling.
- You'll provide support for established projects and also contributes graphic solutions and proposals from scratch.
- You'll collaborate with Project Managers and Producers to drive clarity, consistency and quality through all stages of the production process.
- You'll work as part of a global team of designers, illustrators, animators and art directors that produces world-class work.
- The job is about harmonising style, craft intelligence, speed and scale to meet the evolving needs of brands for innovative and eye-catching content.
- Pixel perfection and error-free ad content are important. You safeguard quality at all times and work together with visual QAs in order to achieve that.
Requirement
- You have 3+ years of experience.
- You've mastered Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop skills. Figma knowledge is a great plus.
- You know how to keep your files, layers, and folders super-organized, even if you’re a creative mess outside of Photoshop.
- You know how to work with dielines and different types of vendor specs for print projects.
- Although you work under the supervision of a Lead who guarantees the quality of the work, you must also have the ability to work independently if the project requires it.
- You can contribute to different stages of the production process, from setting styles and layouts to cutting formats and language versioning.
- You are detail-oriented, pixel-perfect, methodic and solution-oriented.
- You’re always on the lookout for process efficiencies. Part of the responsibilities may include helping other designers with less experience.
- You can handle repetitive tasks and stay focused.
- You’re well-versed in English and production tricks.
- You’re a clear communicator and are happy to work with designers from all over the world.
