Role Overview

We’re not your traditional speakers bureau, so we’re looking for a savvy and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal teammate is someone with a strong passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for design trends, combining creativity and technical expertise to produce compelling visuals that align with our brand and marketing goals.
Our Graphic Designer will play a key role in helping to build the visual identity of our brand, crafting innovative designs that stand out across multiple platforms, with a focus on building social-first style marketing campaigns. Responsibilities will include designing across digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistent brand messaging and aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce engaging social media graphics, ads, and promotional content that align with our brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and increase visibility.
  • Create visually appealing sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, and one-pagers, to support our sales team.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure our designs are relevant and effective.
  • Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.) to craft compelling visuals that resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment with marketing goals.

Qualifications:

  • Someone who is chronically online and excited to keep up to date on social and design trends
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on social media and marketing collateral.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and experience in designing for social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and design best practices.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually impactful content.
