Join us as a Designer.

As A Designer at BBH you will be responsible for design and production of print and electronic marketing materials. This will include working with business managers to identify specific communication needs and strategies, consulting on appropriate and effective deliverables, and maintaining a high-level of customer service and professionalism. The designer may work independently on simple projects or with CS senior staff on larger, more complex projects, and should be comfortable and experienced working within a strong corporate brand.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Design print materials such as, but not limited to, product sheets, invitations, advertisements, and multi-page newsletters and brochures

  • Design Digital materials for internet or other electronic distribution

  • Design advertisements for any of the three BBH business lines as needed

  • Maintain visual consistency across business lines through adherence to/interpretation of the BBH style guide and branding

  • Contribute to the on-going development of the BBH TIER System

  • Assist with high-end PPT presentations and graphics

  • Support senior staff on large, complex projects and initiatives

  • Attend standing weekly meetings with group, department, and marketing areas

  • Work closely with senior staff members

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal clients and business leaders

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with outside consultants/vendors

  • Manage project workload by meeting all deadlines and following CS protocol

  • Work within project management software to track and deliver projects

  • Adhere to all CS processes, maintaining records for each project and hourly tracking database

  • Stay current with all BSC requirements, completing all goals by indicated deadlines

Desired Qualifications:

  • BFA or BA with some formal design training

  • 3 years Graphic Design experience, financial industry experience preferred

  • Work experience in a corporate environment, a plus

  • MicroSoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, required

  • Strong InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator ability

  • Multimedia experience a plus (After Effects motion graphics and Video Editing)

  • Appropriate written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to perform the technical responsibilities of the job with a high-level of competence

  • Ability to perform long-range tasks while experiencing short-term interruptions

  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment, self-motivated

  • Willing to take direction from senior design staff

  • Must enjoy a consistently fast-paced and challenging work atmosphere

  • Ability to work creatively on a team or independently

  • High-level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • High-level of organizational and interpersonal skills
