Designer (Digital & Performance-Driven Creative)
About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a designer who understands the digital landscape and can create compelling visuals that drive conversions. From long-form (blogs, landing pages) to short-form (CRM, social, ads), you’ll design assets that not only look great but also perform. If you have a data-driven mindset and can tailor designs to different audiences, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Design engaging and conversion-optimized creatives for digital channels, including CRM, social, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop long-form content visuals for blogs, landing pages, and editorial pieces.
- Ensure designs are strategically crafted to align with performance metrics and user behavior insights.
- Conduct research and apply cultural nuance to designs to enhance engagement across different target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with writers, marketers, and developers to produce high-quality content.
- Continuously analyze and refine creative approaches based on performance data and A/B testing results.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both long-form and short-form content.
- A solid understanding of conversion principles, UX/UI best practices, and performance marketing.
- Ability to adapt designs for different audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other relevant design tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
