Design Ops Specialist

Here at PicCollage, we are looking for a motivated and organized Design Operations to join our team. You will support the design operations processes, helping to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our creative projects are executed effectively, allowing our designers to focus on delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of design processes to optimize workflow and resource allocation across all projects.
• Manage and maintain digital assets, including photo files, templates, and design resources, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
• Participate in management and uploading of collage assets.
• Coordinate across functions to ensure support for new features is effectively managed.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (written & verbal).
• 1-3 years of experience in a design operations, project coordination, or a similar role within a creative setting.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design software and photo editing tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.

Plus:

• Degree in Information Architecture in Library Science.
• Interest in trends in design and technology.
• Experience with project management software and digital asset management tools.
