Design Engineer
We seek a design engineer to spearhead efforts to transform our innovative high-conductance, flexible harness technology into universal solutions within target industries. Building on our foundation in the automotive and battery industries, this role is pivotal in driving market expansion and delivering impactful, tailored products that set a new standard in performance and efficiency.

As a subject manager expert, you will leverage your industry expertise to identify opportunities, assess customer needs, and develop solutions that revolutionize product design and efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Leverage deep expertise in industries such as aerospace, robotics, data centers, or appliances to identify applications where our technology can deliver transformative value.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design solutions that become universal products for the target industry, addressing shared challenges and standardizing innovation.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their pain points, challenges, and goals, aligning our technology to elevate their product performance and efficiency.
- Strategically explore and penetrate new markets, showcasing how our technology can unlock competitive advantages and create an industry-wide impact.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to develop technical proposals, industry strategies, and scalable solutions that meet customer and market demands.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, advancements, and industry developments to position our solutions as cutting-edge and indispensable.
- Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders to establish our technology as the standard within industries, driving long-term growth and innovation.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

- A minimum of 3 years of extensive experience and deep knowledge of electrical systems in one or more of the following industries: aerospace, robotics, data centers, medical, appliances, or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably in Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical or Electrical, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven success in identifying market opportunities and driving technical solutions that align with customer and industry needs.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams to create innovative solutions.
- Experience with flexible circuits, lightweight wiring, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for market expansion and industry-changing innovation.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while balancing short-term results with long-term strategy.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistance. Work Environment –
Includes both a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and a shop environment, with exposure to high noise levels from operating machines, physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts, nuisance dust, and skin exposure to chemicals used to run/maintain machines.
PPE-
May be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to safety glasses, safety shoes, bump caps, gloves, hair nets, masks, & clean-room frocks while adhering to the prescribed safety procedures.
The base pay is just one part of CelLink's total compensation package and is determined within a range. The pay range is designed to support your career progression as you learn, grow, and develop within your role. Your base pay range will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

$85,000—$115,000 USD
