As the Deputy Director of Global Security Systems and Infrastructure, you will oversee the company's physical and Industrial security network infrastructure, including access control, CCTV, and visitor management systems. Your expertise will ensure the integrity, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our security systems to protect company assets and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning and operational management of all physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, and visitor management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure a cohesive approach to physical and information security.
  • Manage vendor relationships, overseeing service level agreements and ensuring the performance of security system providers.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending enhancements to our security infrastructure.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the security systems team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Prepare and manage the budget for security systems and infrastructure, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Oversee the installation, implementation, and maintenance of security infrastructure (IDS and ACS) for secure spaces that must meet 32 Part 117, ICD-705, and government requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for both physical and industrial security, addressing vulnerabilities and enforcing industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of progressive security experience, preferably within a multi-national corporation.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in security systems management, with a focus on access control, CCTV, and visitor management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex physical security infrastructure in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and enforce security policies and procedures for classified environments.

Preferred:

  • Professional certifications such as PSP (Physical Security Professional) or CPP (Certified Protection Professional).
  • Strong project management skills and experience with large-scale security system implementations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and making sound decisions in emergency situations.

US Salary Range

$142,000$213,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
