ABOUT THE TEAM:
The Operations and Logistics Associate will assist and/or manage the coordination and execution of fielding Anduril’s products. This role requires a wide spectrum of skillsets, technical expertise, and flexibility. Responsibilities include forward logistics, maintenance & repairs, field & in-house inventory management, reverse logistics, and IT-related troubleshooting. You may also assist with the installation, configuration, and set-up of equipment for new customer deployments, test events, and demonstrations at locations across the globe.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for an Operations and Logistics Associate to join our rapidly growing team in Lexington, MA. . Success requires technical proficiency, logistical acumen, and seamless cross-team collaboration. This role blends operations, IT helpdesk skills, hardware setup, and hands-on problem-solving.

  • Provide Technical Support and Equipment Setup:Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Anduril hardware and associated systems in both field and in-house environments. Support IT-related tasks, such as setting up network configurations, diagnosing equipment connectivity issues, and performing software updates.
  • Inventory Management and Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of hardware, tools, and software licenses, ensuring all inventory is labeled, tracked, and operational. Regularly reconcile stock levels and report shortages.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Field Operations leads, Growth, and IT teams to ensure hardware and systems are deployed correctly, on time, and to mission standards.
  • Execute Flawless Deployments: Develop and implement structured plans for deployments with precision, ensuring hardware and personnel arrive at the right place and time.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Serve as a first line of support for hardware issues, diagnosing problems, performing basic repairs, and escalating when necessary. Ability to coordinate closely with IT support teams to resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Communicate Effectively: Keep stakeholders informed of milestones and movement using tools like JIRANetSuiteSlack, and email.
  • Problem Solve and Remove Obstacles: Think critically to identify and resolve logistical or technical issues, engaging appropriate teams for support when needed.
  • Support Demonstrations and Events: Assist with set-up and operation of equipment during test events or customer demonstrations, ensuring all systems function smoothly.
  • Adapt and Learn Quickly: Demonstrate a willingness to dive into new technical and non-technical challenges with a problem-solving mindset.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3+ yearsof experience in operations, logistics, IT helpdesk support, or project management
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, network configurations, and software installations
  •  Experience with inventory systems and technical asset management
  • Strong understanding of MS Word, Excel, Slack, Outlook, and experience with productivity and issue-tracking tools like JIRA
  • Excellent prioritization, planning, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and technical tasks simultaneously
  • US Person status is required as this position requires access to export-controlled data
  • Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. SECRETsecurity clearance


US Salary Range

$30$46 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
