Responsibilities:

  • The content deployment upon request to the customer's CRM / CLM system.
  • The content metadata set up according to the checklist in the customer’s CRM / CLM system. 
  • The content distribution for the target audience, and verification of the content availability.
  • The content lifecycle management.
  • Processing of incoming requests (Mail, Jira) regarding content deployment and content-related issues.
  • Resolve Issues with content availability and functioning in collaboration with Development Teams. 
  • Handling of Emails Broadcasting on demand.
  • Customer feedback and requirements processing.
  • eWizard product support regarding integrations and publishing services.
  • Management of content deployment documentation in Confluence and SharePoint.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of deployment or content management experience.
  • Ability to maintain up-to-date documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, upper-intermediate and higher level of English.
  • Understanding of CRM/CLM system's purpose and basics.
  • Digital tech: asset or content platform experience, with at least 2 years experience using an asset management system. 
  • Tridion web content management system experience, is a plus.
  • Basic understanding and ability to work with HTML and CSS.
  • General understanding of how front-end technology works.
  • Relentlessly resourceful, always thinking outside the box to solve complex problems. 
  • Content: experience/appreciation of the content development and deployment.
  • Adobe Experience Manager background a plus.
