Job Description
We are currently looking for a Department Manager for our store in Tallinn, who is motivated and excited to join our growing brand with quality and customer experience at its core. As Department Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing your department in the store and improving daily operations as well as achieving sales targets and budget. You report to the Store Experience Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Support, motivate and lead your department team to increase the department sales.
- Create an inspiring and visually attractive department for the customers together with Visual Merchandiser.
- Always act as Sales Advisor and be a role model for customer service.
Qualifications
The role requires the ability to overview, plan and organise both your own work and your team to achieve set goals for the department.
- You take responsibility for developing your team and constantly improving your department, always focusing on the customer and results. You are able to implement guidelines and adapt them to different circumstances.
- As a person, you are communicative and have a flexible attitude.
- You are team oriented and convinced that an exceptional customer experience drives sales.
- You are caring and genuinely want the best for your team.
- You have minimum two years of customer service experience within the retail industry along with good English and local language skills.
Additional Information
This is a fulltime position offering 40 hours a week, starting as soon as possible. The contract will be limited for one year with a possibility to be prolonged.
