How you will contribute
You will:

  • Analyzes facts and sales forecasts provided to the Supply Planning Center;
  • Monitors and analyzes supply plans prepared by the Supply Planning Center and the level of inventories;
  • Assesses risks due to insufficient levels of inventories and additional opportunities due to the level of inventories and production capabilities;
  • Communicates risks and additional opportunities to all interested parties;
  • Proposes and organizes activities to avoid risks and ensure a high level of service;
  • Monitors the level of inventory on a daily basis to identify risks and organize activities to minimize them and ensure a high level of service;
  • Participates in projects to change the portfolio, monitoring the level of inventories and proposing activities in case of risks for the implementation of projects;
  • Analyzes the level of service and the reasons that led to incomplete shipment of customer orders;
  • Assesses and controls the risks of product write-off, analyzes the causes of risks;
  • Communicates the risks of write-off to all interested parties;
  • Proposes activities to minimize risks, controls the implementation of activities proposed by commercial functions;
  • Calculates production plans, monitors their implementation and ensures a sufficient level of inventories for products produced by Contract Manufacturing;
  • Calculates supply plans for packaging products for Contract Manufacturing and monitors their implementation; controls the receipt of Finished Products necessary for the implementation of production plans by Contract Manufacturing;
  • Makes entries in the system necessary to maintain the level of inventories; supports and provides the necessary settings in the system;
  • Does not disclose confidential and commercial information that has become known to him and does not use it in any way that could cause direct or indirect losses to the Company;
  • Carries out instructions from the immediate supervisor related to the implementation of his labor functions;
  • During the absence (business trip, vacation, etc.) appoints a deputy to perform job duties (if there are employees subordinate) and/or organizes the transfer of affairs to the appointed deputy or immediate supervisor before the start of the absence;
  • Brings to the attention and/or introduces, against signature, the orders and instructions of the company management to direct and indirect subordinates, introduces, against signature, documents related to labor relations, including, but not limited to, documents on reduction of personnel or staff, on the imposition and removal of disciplinary sanctions penalties. Written requests written explanations for resolving the issue of applying disciplinary sanctions from direct and indirect subordinates (if there are employees subordinate to them). Controls the familiarization of direct subordinates with documents sent by the Employer for review;
  • Within the framework of his official powers, issues orders and instructions related to work activities, and also brings them to the attention and/or introduces them to direct and indirect subordinates against signature. Develops draft job descriptions for direct subordinates (if any) and submits projects for approval by the Employer. Analyzes job descriptions of direct subordinates for their relevance at least once every 3 years;
  • Processes personal data as part of the performance of his official duties, and also does not disclose personal data that has become known to him in the course of performing his official duties to other persons who do not have access to such personal data.
