You will be responsible for digitization as well as supporting continuous development by proposing and implementing new solutions ( base on systemic, analytical, and programmatic ideas) to achieve the most efficient work model in Demand Planning TREE. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining master data at the required level and collaborating with COE to implement the best system management methodology. Furthermore, you will develop forecasts for 0-24 months on a monthly and weekly basis at the SUB-Brand, SKU, Location, and Customer levels. You will coordinate, challenge, and influence building blocks with input from category planning, sales, supply planning, PCM, marketing, and other partners. Finally, you will present and discuss the finalized detailed demand plan with key stakeholders during Local Demand Review meetings (IBP/S&OP) and adjust it based on feedback.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Participating in projects related to the development and digitalization of demand planning, and translating proposed solutions to the local market.
- Collaborating with COE (Center of Excellence) to build the best planning culture and promote efficient solutions for working with available systems.
- Developing individual solutions aimed at automation and speeding up data work, as well as easy management of their presentation.
- Continuously maintaining master data settings at the appropriate level.
- Managing the forecast compilation process, which includes owning the short-term and long-term forecasts (0-24 months) with the right disaggregation into weekly plans, especially for incoming seasons, peak times, holidays, and events.
- Contributing to the demand management monthly cycle of the integrated business planning (IBP) process for your categories and participating in strategy and structure discussions.
- Liaising with the commercial and operational teams to develop ways to continuously improve communication between functions to support the delivery of business KPIs for their portfolios.
- Interacting with the modeling team to generate statistical forecasts, as a key element of the Customer Planning process.
- Participating in the integrated business planning process and managing the demand planning tool.
- Performing root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement for key low results in forecast accuracy, forecast error, bias, and service issues, and sharing outputs with appropriate leadership.

- Experience in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or other fast moving, dynamic industrywhere shelf life is a constraint
- Experience within an IBP/S&OP environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical skills - and able to understand and interpret data
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and business priorities to adjust demand plans accordingly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the plan
- Team player who can work with many other functions on a daily basis
More about this role
Job specific requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in demand planning roles, preferably in industries such as FMCG/CPG where demand can be volatile.
- Strong understanding and proficiency in forecasting methodologies and tools to accurately predict demand patterns.
- Experience working with SAP ERP systems and demand planning software SAP APO to manage demand planning processes efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of VBA programming within Excel for automating repetitive tasks, enhancing data analysis capabilities, and creating customized solutions to improve demand planning processes.
- Advanced experience with Power Query for data transformation and manipulation, enabling efficient data cleansing and preparation for demand forecasting.
- Advanced expiriance with Power BI for data visualization and analysis, including the ability to create interactive dashboards and reports to communicate demand insights effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manipulate large datasets, create complex formulas, and use advanced features like Power Pivot, nested formulas, Table formulas and other clasic excel formulas.
